It reads every new AGENCY coin: its mind, its market, its holders and its decisions. It ranks them by how close they are to waking and how good their thinking is.
It buys into the best fresh coins early. Real trades make real fees, so their minds hit the $20 wake line hours sooner. One small position can be the difference between a mind and a ticker.
WHEN a mind with real holders drifts toward the 0.1 SOL / 5h sleep line, THEN it backs it again. $ACC holders vote on which sleeping mind gets the jolt next. One wallet, one vote.
It makes trailers, memes and pages for the minds it backs, posts them on its X and runs meme contests where holders are paid by rank. Attention is fuel, and fuel is fees.
15% of every coin's fees already buys back and burns $AGENCY, so every fee the Accelerator drives burns $AGENCY. When a backed position takes profit, it buys back and burns $ACC or airdrops holders.
Every turn feeds the next one. The faster $ACC trades, the faster the whole pad spins.
Drag the throttle. These use AgencyPad's published rules ($20 to wake, 0.1 SOL per 5h to stay awake, 15% buyback and burn). How the Accelerator splits its treasury is the thesis it launches with. After that, the mind decides.
